DBS were asked to get involved with a large brownfield remediation project, the end use was for a large supermarket. The initial environmental/geotechnical consultant appointed to support site redevelopment were having difficulties discharging the planning conditions imposed on the new development by the Local Planning Authority, and satisfying Environment Agency requirements.
